Happy Four Month Anniv to ME!

I had my surgery June 2nd. I have lost 65 pounds. I have lost 39% of my body fat and 11 points off my BMI. I feel great!

Hi! We share our surgery date. I am doing well too. I can pretty much eat whatever. Don't dump : ( I have lost exactly 65 too! Isnt that amazing! Currently I am 5'9 and 228. I think I am on or hitting a plateau though....I have't lost anything in about a week. But I was expecting this. Good luck. Carmen 293/228/175?

your doing real good My surgery was also June 2,2004. I'm down 78 pounds, and it's getting cooler in Indiana .I NEED A WINTER COAT. I'm going to freeze. AND LOVING EVERY BIT OF IT GOD IS GOOD!!!

great weight loss there!! Tell me How do you figure out your % of body fat ??? I know there's a spot to find out your bmi but %'s is a mystery to me. Thanks Mary
