Weight loss

Today I got on the scale and I lot a total of 65lbs I am so happy I wear a size 18 and can't wait to get smaller hopefull I wi be in a 16 by Christmas.

Thank you I will keep everyone posted on my progress. I hope to be at least 225 by Christmas I hav 27lbs to go I am keep my fingers crossed and I am going to start exercising more.

CONGRATS TO YOU!!!! It always makes you feel good when the scale moves...I also had surgery on the 30th and sometimes I feel my true self will never come out. I will just take one day at a time and hope I will be at my goal by thanksgiving. (200) I know we can all do this, with alittle help from above and the great tool God has given to me and you.
