Hair Loss Advice

Hey June Bugs! I too am losing some of my hair. It isn't too thin yet, but it's getting there. I asked my nutritionist about it and she suggested I take 50 mg of zinc per day in addition to my regular daily vitamin...as well as making sure I get in 60-80 protein per day. I'm going to try it and see how I do. Good luck to you all...I may have really short hair soon...wouldn't be the first time! Faye

Hi Faye- I too was losing my hair by the clump full. I had my lab work done and everyting was perfect....except my vitamin B1 or Thiamine. It was dangerously low. Now that I am taking my 250mg of B1 daily my hair isnt falling out and I feel great!!! Kim 318/246/-72
