Good Afternoon everyone, How's everyone doing today ? I'm noticing that I am losing my appetite and when I eat I'm feeling more full now than when I first had the surgery ! Does this happen to anyone else ? Can you please help me !! Celena

It depends on what I eat. Some foods fill me up faster than others and some days I can't eat as much as other days. As long as everything is moving through OK, I wouldn't worry. Jusy eat your protein first and stop when you feel full. Nancy

Some days I get full faster than other days. Also, if it is meat, I can only eat about 2.5 oz. at a time. I don't feel hungry, but if I don't eat I get a shakey feeling, like with low blood sugar.

Remember that in the beginning our insides were pretty much numb as they were healing. I still haven't felt hunger yet and I get full quickly. I try to remember pouch rules for dummies and eat in 15 minutes. You sound pretty normal to me! Hannah

I had the same experience. The first meal I ate out I almost cleaned my plate (mexican). Now I can forget to eat and when I eat out I have like 3 or 4 bites and I am done. My dates always accuse me of trying to be cute lol. I am glad it changed to like it is now.
