Hello Donna!! Welcome to our junebugs group. Your right ontrack I to have trouble when I eat too fast or, too much. I have to vomit which sucks but, I learn the hard way. Are your eyes bigger than your stomach nowadays??? Isn't it funny!!! Keep up the good work ~Mary
