By Thanksgiving I will be a little over 5 months out. I'm not sure what my expectations should be, but based on passed success I will set my mini goal at 250 pounds which will be a loss of 20 pounds between now and Turkey Day. Lap RNY 06/30/04 I am doing good, down 65 lbs in 3 months on Turkey day I am hoping to be at 205. that will be - 100 lbs for me.. I think if I kick up the excercise a notch and reeeeally try to get in all my protien, I will make it Congrats everyone!! great motivation Korianne

This is a great idea. I have lost 53 pounds as of today. I hope to be down another 37 by T-Day for a total of 90. I am already taking aerobics/spin classes five times a week. (Started this a week and a half ago, which has really helped with my plateau). I had slowed down to nearly a halt. My husband and I are going on a cruise for our 20th anniversary Nov 8 - 13, so I will have to be careful of "cruise food" and get in some exercise. Thanks for the great goal idea. -Paige

My goal is to exercise at least 3 times a week and hopefully to drop another 20 - 25 pounds by Tday! I think I'm stuck at the moment no scale movement in 2 weeks, and I'm exercising 4 times a week! But with school in play now I know that won't be a possibility.
