Hi Fay I had surgery June 9th. I had open. Originak weight 297 and today at my family doctor my weight was 250. Is 47 pounds good? Glad to hear that everyone is lossing. Kathy

hello, everyone! lap rny: 6-22-04 starting weight: 298lbs. present weight: 263lbs. total loss of weight: 35lbs. loss of inches: 20 7/8 inches I have only lost 3 lbs in about 2 weeks and it's driving me nuts. I am so used to seeing more. I know it should be picking up again soon. I am very excited to be on my way to a new and improved me!! Michelle Appel

I had surgery the day before you and have lost 35. I lost 1# last week and just a few the week before. My doc says if you have lap RNY they fill you full of fluid and it takes a while to get rid of it. I'm hoping to start seeing some big increases but my goal is to lose 100, so I am more than 1/3 of the way. At any rate, its faster than I ever lost before. Susan

I started on june 24 at 370 lbs, today i was 329...-41lbs. I have not lost in 2 wks, im stuck here and i feel that it did not work on me, i hate feeling like this!!! Pammy
