Went for my biweekly weigh-in at surgeon's office, I dropped another 12 pounds for a total loss of 36.5 lbs in the first month. I'll take it!
He added some foods to my list, including baked or broiled fish (flounder), tuna, shaved ham and turkey from deli.
I am looking forward to actually being able to CHEW on something, FINALLY!
