1/2 century mark
I was down to 255 and now I am at 269 I am on my period and I have always gained 10-15 lbs on my period, so I am not worried about it so much..
The blood thinners make period time HELL girls...
I am just eatin 90% protein like I was told, 1-1/2 ox every 2 -3 hours, waiting an hour for water and walkin 2 miles every other day and workin out with 5 lb weights the alternating days.. I am very excited to get to goal!! My family and I are going to Disneyland in march, maybe I will be able to ride some rides. Can't wait..
