OK - one more question, I need help with sleeping
Hello again,
It is me,,,,,Another thing I forgot to ask yesterday is - anyone have trouble sleeping at night??? I find myself able to take a nap in the daytime, but when it comes to night time - I can't. It is not from my nap in the afternoon - I get some kind of panicky/anxiety attacks at night. I toss & turn & get like panic attacks. I end up staying awake til I pass out about 3 am. Of course my kids are up by 7am.
Is this common??? Has this happened to anyone else???Any suggestions??? Anyone know why this is happening??
I need some good night sleep - please help....
Thanks
Evelyn

EVELYN,
I have been having some sleepless nights, i am a previous sleep apnea patient. I think its from having so much on our minds after surgery. I don't sleep during the day and am still having a hard time at night. This surgery has really been rough for me and i consider myself quite a strong person but it has really been rough for me. I think i'm feeling better and then feel worse. go figure. I took 1/2 of an muscle relaxer last night and it seemed to help relax me. hope you do better...

I have been having trouble sleeping too I had surgery on June 30th and I cant seem to sleep I stoped taking pain medications after day one but I think I need to take them because I cant sleep. Everytime I go to sleep It is like I pass out from being so tired I sleep about two hours a day then some day I am tired but cant rest.
I cant sleep either.. I work nights and am used to sleeping durring the day, but I'm not sleeping at all unless its with the help of pain meds.. its pretty much the only reason I'm taking them.. and even then, I get maybe 3 hours..
I'm chalking it up to all my new energy? I'm not finding myself tired at all, so I'm not sure what is going on...
What am I going to do with I dont have the pain meds anymore?
Katie..
