Cloudy brown drainage?

I am 7 days post-op and this morning I woke up with cloudy brown drainage in my "grenade" pouch. I have an appointment with the doctor on Thursday and since I have no fever or pain I just figured that I'd wait until then. I was just curious if anyone else has had this.

Hi Tracy, My drainage was always either red or yellow red. The brownish may be a signal that it is older and not as fresh? No fever or pain is a good signal but maybe a call to the surgeons office for a quick question would be in order. Never hurts to question, that is what they are there for sweetie. Good luck and Congrats!! Melynne

My drainage got browner towards the end and then came out almost clear after the drain was removed. As long as it is only cloudy and does not have particles it is probably OK, but call your doctor just to be sure. Sandy
