i am post op

my surgery was Tuesday June 22 everything went fine, it a little over four hours. There was a minor complication, I bled more than I should have so I was stitched up extra tight and a few more staples inside than usual. I woke up Tuesday afternoon asked the nurse what each and every tube was for in my body, asked if I could have a drink and what to do if I had to go number 1. then went back to sleep. by 8:30 I was walking the halls. I started doing laps on my floor Wednesday every hour and was discharged on Thursday and home by 7:30. I got out of the truck strapped Creed (my son) in his stroller and we went investigating the storm (tornado) damage from Wednesday night. I walk, walk, ride my bike, ride my bike, and then walk some more. When I am not walking or riding my bike I am drinking water.
