CAN ANYONE GIVE A PRE-OP SCHEDULE

i just dont know how to get everything in just getting the protein is all i am able to do as i can only drink 1 - 1 1/2 oz at a time every 2 hours what am i doing wrong.

I am 5days post-op and I have to drink 1oz every 15 min, that's 4oz's an hour, hope this helps?
