Surgery date- June 17

Can't believe I got a date today and it is 16 days away!!! WOW!!! I can't believe I'm really on my way! Surgery will be at Huntington Memorial in Pasadena with Dr. Powell. We will probably go the night before and stay in a hotel...anyone have any suggestions? NEW LIFE, HERE I COME!!!!!

Thank you, Donna! And I wish you the same! From here on out you will be celebrating your birthday and 4 days later, your "re-birthday!" It's an exciting but anxiety filled time, isn't it?!

But it sure helps to have all this support and encouragement from everyone at this site! If I'm up to it, I will post about the experience when I return from the hospital! Colleen
