20 days until the big day.. but there is something that has been brothering me. Maybe it isn't anything to worry about until preop appts. But I have been getting conflicting reports about protein shakes and milk after the surgery.. Dr says one thing and the nutrionist says another.. Any thoughts?
what are they saying?
i have heard some people can not handle the whole milk and have to go to skim. but hey that is better for you anyways hehe.i have been told that the protien drinks are a must.
