WLS after vertical C-section

I am considering WLS (RNY). I am a little apprehensive, because the Dr. mentioned that he might have to re-open my C-section scar as well as the incision that he will make from my breast bone to my navel. He said that there may be intestinal adhesions as well as intestines that scar tissue attached to. I am just curious if anyone else had this problem or has heard of anyone with this problem? I would like to have another child after surgery and that would be a 3rd time that wound would be opened........ just seems like there is only so much a body can take? I have had 3 c-sections on the same incision mine was bikini cut and I plan after WLS to have 2 more they never gave me a limit just ask your OBGYN they would know better than anyone else
