Questions for Doc

...I have my pre-op visit with my Surgeon tomorrow and have misplaced all the questions I was going to ask. I am so nervous at this point the only thing I can think of to ask "Is everything going to be alright". Can anyone tell me the kinds of questions they asked their doctor. Thanks so much..... Debbie S
