June 1 - Dr. Ali, anyone??????

Hi there, Just wanted to find a walking buddy for my June 1st surgery. I'll be at Orange Coast in Fountain Valley. Anyone joining me?? My husband just had the surgery on May 6 and is still in the hospital. He's doing great. Thanks, Dolly

Hi Dolly, I'm new to this web site and message board. I've been lurking around the web site since someone from the Monday night support group (at OCM) told me about it. I have a surgery date of June 2, at Orange Coast Memorial with Dr. Francis. So, we may run into each other walking the halls. Well, let's just make a point of running into each other! It's always good to have a walking buddy -- though you may be a bit faster than I, since you'll have a day on me! I've got my pre-op testing this Thursday, and then I should be good-to-go. I've done everything else I'm suppose to do prior to surgery. Now comes the wait -and a few "last meals". Glad to hear your husband is doing well! Stay in touch, - Patty
