2-year anniversary June 21

It's been two years and I am currently maintaining a 130 pound weight loss. I stopped losing at around 18 months. Some days I am happy with my progress and other days I'm not so happy with how I look; but I guess that is normal. I think I'm eating too much but I am still working 2 jobs and not much time to rest. At least 3 days a week I work from 2:30 pm until 8:00 am. The only excerise I get is at work. I stock shelves at WalMart overnight from midnight to eight, sleep for about 4 hours and go to my regular job at 2:30 pm. I am developing muscles in my arms and I can tell a difference in my upper body strength. When I go for my 2-year check-up, I plan to consult with the nutritionist to make sure I am on the right track with my eating. Some days my old habits creep back in and I really have to fight the desire to munch. These are the days I worry that I may blow the whole thing and regain my weight. Nancy

Happy Two Years to you as well. I used to be on this site everyday in the beginning and then sort of slipped away as time went by. Now I think we need the support more than ever. I spoke to the nutritionist at my surgeon's office to get some pointers on maintaining and possibly losing a little more. Nancy
