Topic: RE: Hello everyone in Weight ...
Judy I had my surgery 6-30-03, I am down 112 pounds and still want to lose about 30-35 more. I don't think of it as losing weight, i get rid of it. If you lose something you are always tring to find it, so I decided I would just say I got rid of the weight. I take the Bugs Bunny sugarfee chewable vitamins. I just had my 9 month blood work done and was told it is great. Better than the 6 month checkup. So the Bugs Bunny's are working for me. I also take a chewable B-12 vitamin 2 times a day. I will have pictures posted in the near feature. Good luck to you and keep getting rid of the weigh I will be sure to include you in my prayers Darlene

Topic: RE: nine months post op
I will be 9 months on June 30, 2003 and I like you thank god everyday I did this for myself. I started at 287 and now am down to 175. I still want to lose about 30 pounds. Seems like I have hit the wall and weight is coming off slow right now, I know it will only be a short time before I drop some more. You are doing a great job with your weight loss. Keep up the great work.

Topic: hey guys,
I don't pop in on this board or the amos board often but just wanted to touch base and say hi. I started at 5'2" and 235 & day of surgery 224.. I am now down to, as of today, 148.5.. not wanting to lose any more wt until at least after my tt next month.. dont want to take a chance of not getting it.. LOL.. I have lost a little over 85 pounds total.. 11 of that before surgery.. I do a lot of snacking (cheese crackers) and not much exercise. have arthritis and neuropathy. when I walk for several days in a row I can hardly move for several days after so it is just me and God walking the walk together.. good night everyone.
