CONGRATS! It will be 2 yrs. for me June 30th and I have lost 224 pounds. I was 381 NOW 157 @ 5 ft. 9 I am so happy and I know you are happy 2 CONGRATS!!! Janine

That is awesome I am also two years out and 139 pounds lighter. I am staying around 119 to 125 lbs. i actually had to gain some weight because i got to skinny. imagine those words.......

Hi Joan, A BIG congrats to you! You've made it through a tough year and now have accomplished another. Its one day at a time. I'm not sorry for a minute that I had the surgery 2 years ago. I've lost a whole person but gained a person I thought was gone forever. I'm back to the old me and loving every day of it. I was weighing in at 254 and now I'm at 130. I'm a lot heathier and happier person now. Keep up the good work and again, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Lyn M. from MA
