I've noticed I'm able to eat alot more,I haven't had any weight gain, but it worries me. I still have about 60lbs. to loose and it's very very slow right now.My iron runs real low,and I'm very tired most of the time so I don't exercise.I've started on iron supplement pills and vitamin C so I should be feeling better in a few months.

I thought I was so lucky because my eating increased but I didn't gain any weight. Well, the gravy train has ended. I have gained 10 pounds. It feels more like 20 though. I think I've lost muscle and gained fat in it's place too. I feel like a blob once again. I was so proud of the fact I didn't have a roll hanging over my pants when I sat down anymore except now it's back. How depressing!

I haven't gained, but I know I can eat more iin the past 3 or 4 months, so I try to watch what I eat more closely. I, too, really fear gaining. I would like to know more what others' experience has been.

Yes Nancy...I too had started to gain some weight back. I had gotten my insurance denial for Tummy tuck, and thought...What is the Use? Well, after somebody at work asked me: Are you gaining your weight Back? I at first thought "the nerve" of them...but then I truely thought about the truth behind their question..I was gaining weight back, and I thought it was about 10 pounds, but when I got on the scale it was actually like 15 pounds ...THE SHAME & THE HORROR of it ALL !!!! I went back to Weigh****chers about 12 weeks ago, and I have lost 12.8 pounds of it... and I WILL NOT LET MYSELF GET FAT AGAIN....and I will not destroy everything that I have worked so hard on.... and I will get my Tummy tuck , even if I have to go to MEXICO and pay for it out of my own pocket.... Just remember , it is YOUR BODY...and fight for what you want.... Good Luck, and don't let that weight come back.... fight the urges, get a support team going... and get that back off now...before it keeps adding up... Carol

Hi guys ... glad to know I'm not the only one out there ... in between visits to my doctor (from Sept '04 to July '05 ... and the only reason I went to the doctor in July was because it was just past my 2 year mark, and I "knew" something was wrong) I gained 20 pounds! At that point, I decided to start seeing the nutritionist again, yet that appointment was delayed due to the fact that I was bit by a neighbor's dog and spent 5 days in the hospital, and then another four days in the hospital a week and a half later. Although I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, but I think the pain medication I was on made me lose my appetite ... and sure, I have (over the past couple months) lost that 20 pounds, but I'm having a hard time eating. At all. I have no appetite, I really think that the hospital stays have messed me up. I hadn't had any b.m.s when I was in the hospital, and I still feel like everything is all knotted up inside. It hurts to eat, it hurts not to eat. I'm hoping that by trying to force myself to eat according to my nutritionist it will clear everything up ... but it is so difficult. I have now lost about 120 pounds (including the recent lost 20), and would like to drop about another 50-60 too ... hopefully I'll be on the right track once I can eat again (and who would have EVER thought that I wouldn't WANT to eat?) ... but I'd love any ideas for continuing weight loss at 2-years out. Hopefully we'll come up with something. We've come too far to go back! --Karyn

I have also gained some weight back, but unlike most of you that are posting, I've gained about 50 lbs back. The harder I try to get it off, the more I seem to gain. I was 15 pounds from my goal when the weight gain started about a year ago. I was told not to diet, just to watch portions and what I was eating. Yeah right....tell that to my head when I felt like I couldn't get enough to eat. I went from a size 8 jeans back to a size 14 and some 16's. I even left the site because I was so disgusted with seeing everyone's accomplishments when I was such a failure after being so close and maintaining for over 2 years. I still don't know how I got here, but I'm ready to get back to basics so if anyone has any ideas for me, please help!
