One year update

Hello Everyone I can't believe that it has been one year since I had the Bariatric Surgery. I went in weighing 310pds. One year later, I now weigh 194pds-total lost of 116 pounds. I feel wonderful. I look wonderful. This surgery was a life saver. I thank God for all things. Shavonne

Hi Shavonne, Congratulations on your one year post op anniversary and your weight loss

You deserve a pat on the back and someone to do the happy dance for you

So I did it for us both. I just had my one year post op on June 24. I had my one year follow up this past week with my surgeon in San Diego. I got a gold star and everything is good, Labs, weight, BMI I started 252/140 43BMI/ 26BMI No sign of my diabetes and life is so good. I like you thank the Lord everyday.
