I've lost 70 lbs with about another 60-65 to go before I reach my goal, can't wait. I feel so much better, I went to the mall today have'nt done that in a while. I go to stores now that don't have shopping carts for me to lean on and, I've been raking leaves hate those leaves.

That is great Caroline! You are over half way to goal. I still have about 10 more pounds to be half way. I'm sure I couldn't have done this without the surgery. What a blessing! Keep up the hard work and excersize. It is paying off BIG time!
