anybody 5 months out? how are you doing?
I find that if I change my routine, I eat better. If you have a schedule, change it. Just like exercising, you do the same routine day after day, and you no longer see results. Try a different item. Something you haven't had in awhile, or something you never thought that you would try. Spice things up. I wanted lasagne, so I made a squash one. No meat, but cheese, sauce, and lots of squash. You will get out of the funk, I had mine at month 4. So I can feel for you. It takes a few weeks to get passed, but you can do it. You have come so far, what is a few weeks.
