I LOST IN THE HEARING TOO I WAS DENIED

I AM SAD VERY SAD I WENT TO THE HEARING AND THEY DONT APROVED MY SURGERY SO ALREADY CHANGED MY PRIMARY DOCTOR AND THE NEXT MONTH I M GOING TO MY NEW ONE, SO THIS TIME I GOING TO MAKE SURE THIS DOCTOR TOOK MY DIET RECORD FOR THE INSURANCE AND THAT WAY THEY DONT HAVE ANY MORE REASON TO DENIED MY SURGERY SAYING NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY, AND WAS MY PRIMARY DOCTOR'S FAULT BECAUSE NOT RECORDS SENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY A LETTER. WELL *****AD THIS NEVER GAVE UP BECAUSE I M NEVER GAVE UP NO NOW NO TOMORROW NO NEVER.

Keep a record of all your weight loss attempts from now on. Log all your pains. The insurance company will need to see what is going on from yesterday on. They will take all into account.
