Regain and Fighting the Emotional Eating

I went from 315 to a low of 179 within the first year after surgery. This past summer I was up to 219 and lost down to about 195 with healthy eating and going to Curves. I am sure I am now back to 210. I truly want to achieve my goal of 150 and want to try once again. For me, it's giving up the sugar and eating three meals and two snacks. I know this along with being back at Curves will do it but it's still so difficult. I almost died right after my WLS so boggles the mind why I have done this to myself now. One day at a time. One hour at at ime and sometimes one minute at at time. Email me privately if you'd like to share and do this together.

Thankyou for your honesty. So many of us regain some weight as the years go by. No matter how many people I tell that this surgery isn't magic; their "stomach" will grow and they will be able to eat too much again; I don't think they really believe it. I have regained over 15 pounds over the past few months. I, too, have gone back to Curves, and am curbing how much I eat. You're not alone!
