2005!!! Already? Lot's of dumping syndroms, but I feel great over-all!

Well, it's almost 2005 and I am still so happy I had this surgery so long ago! I am chugging along just fine. I've put on a few this holiday season though! I would like to chalk it up to menopause (I'm going to be 45) but I, for some reason, have had a huge craving for sweets and carbs lately! It's a trial-and-error process (as you all know already) finding that piece of candy that won't render you weak, shaky, sick! Oh! those dumping syndroms! They kind of keep me in check........If I would only remember that horrid feeling - BEFORE HAND. It kind of reminds me of "Pavlov's Dog" - gone sour! You know the outcome, but you do it anyway! Ugh! Anyway, I decided that the one thing I desperately need for the new year is a brand new scale! I think that if I look at my weight every morning, it will remind me what I should do every day!
