I am on the liquid protein diet for 21 days. Yikes!
I was only it for 12 weeks a few years ago for another type of weight loss diet so it's not that bad but part of me is jealous that you guys can eat normal food for a little while longer.

I'm new to this site and just found this forum. My surgery date is May 16th in Ottawa, Ontario.

My date is 5/14 and I start my 2 week optifast tomorrow! I'm determined not to cheat! Best of luck to everyone on their pre-op diets and a successful and simple surgery and recovery! Can't wait to follow everyone's journey!
