Wow, cant believe in 10 days ill be having surgery. All the test, hours of time off, blood work, Dr visits , Insurance issues, has come down to this moment. I'm excited and nervous

at the same time. I pray that everything goes well. May 23 is the big day. Ive been waiting for this a long time.

I totally understand! I am one day ahead of you!!

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!
