I JUST GOT HOME ABT 20 MINS..IT WAS A RUFF START AFTER SURGERY THOSE GAS PAINS ARE NO JOKE OMG ....I THOUGHT A ONE TIME I MADE THE WRONG DECISION ABT GETTIN THE SURGERY BUT THINGS R GETTIN BETTER I JUST HAVE TO TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME..WELL WILL POST SUM MORE LATER ON

How are you all feeling. I've been home for about 12 hours and feel really good. Stomach is sore but pain is manageable. I've been getting up and walking every half hour and I am sure that is helping to. Can't wait to hear about all of your successful expereinces too. Congrats - we did it!

Topic: Tomorrow (Thurs. May 27th) is my BIG DAY!!!

I don't feel nervous or anything. And THAT's starting to bother me. lol I'm basically on this road alone except for one supportive person. Otherwise, family and friends don't have any idea that I'm having this procedure. They know I'm having surgery, but since I've continually had health issues they think it's just another operation that I have to undertake. Why haven't I told them? The same reason that I haven't told anyone - the lack of support! Their mindset is if you have to have "that kind of surgery" you're weak and have no willpower to do it on your own. So, I'm like "to hell with them!" I know what's best for me. Sooooo, I'm doing this on my own. I'm actually in a good place with this. I know it's going to be hard, but that's okay because I AM READY!
