I first seen my DR on March 10th, the longest wait I had was waiting to see the nutritionist.
I have my pre-op blood workup and ecg on April 28th, My PCP will do my Pre-Op clearance tomorrow or next Saturday he is not from the same hospital but has worked with the Dr's from this hospital for my mant stays already this year they have no problem taking his orders for my meds. I have to go off of coumadin and on to Lovenox shots twice daily 7 days before surgery and stay on the shots after surgery for a week to get my blood back to the numbers they want after.
Un knowingly during my stays in Hospital this year, had a Stree test that was good, a Chest scan that was good, and a Sleep study that was good as well as my BAS STomach Emptying Study
which is the reason for the surgery. Stomach doesn't work at all now. SO it's coming out which then is automatically giving me my RNY.. But I am looking forward to it.. A bit nervous but excited..

After alot of obstacles this year i finally have my FINAL�surgery appointment.
May 14th!!!!!
Super excited!!!!� I can not wait to be healthy again. I�feel like iam getting a 2nd chance at life. So very happy, excited and scared at the same time. But all the good to come from this will omit my fears.� If you are getting the surgery around the same time add me as a friend so we can help support each other.

it is called HydraCoach(Intelligen****er Bottle) It is designed with an impeller system that does not allow any air to be inhaled. Havent' tried using it yet. But plan to prior to my surgery just so I have some idea of what I am drinking now. and hopefully this iwll help me insure that I get those 64 oz. after surgery.
