I have the same surgery date, at 10:30 a.m.  Next week is filled with pre-op testing, blood work,
chest x-ray, ultrasound, meeting with respiratory therapists and bariatric nurse.  An EGD on the 22nd.  Then it will be a week before the surgery.    Like you, I am so ready to get this done.
I have bought all my vitamins, have samples of a bunch of protein and found a hydration bottle which does not allow any air in and actually counts the number of sips you take and the ounces you drink in a 24 hour period.
We must let go of what was if we are going to embrace what is !

it is called HydraCoach(Intelligen****er Bottle) It is designed with an impeller system that does not allow any air to be inhaled. The digital display will giv eyou your Average Consumption, (displays the average amount of fluid consumed per hour; Drink Monitor (monitors the toal amount of fluid consumed throughout the day ; Sip Tracker (displays the percentage offluid consumed relative to your Personal Hydration Goal ; Time Tracker (displays the amoutn of time elapsed for the day to reinforce proper pacing) Personal Hydration Calculator (Automatically calculates a recommended aily Personal Hydration Goal which can be set manually.

It is made by SportLine and you can go to SportLine.com.  I purchased it at a store called Tuesday Morning and it lists for $25.00 and I purchased it for $9.95.

Havent' tried using it yet.  But plan to prior to my surgery just so I have some idea of what I am drinking now.  and hopefully this iwll help me insure that I get those 64 oz. after surgery.
