Today is the first day of the rest of my life....

I dont have an exact date yet but my Insurance folks seem to think its safe to say I will go sometime in May. I found something that I just started using that maybe you all would be interested in. I found a CD of guided imagery by a company called healthJourneys. Meditations to promote Successful Surgery by Belleruth Naparstek. Its really helping A LOT with the pre-op jitters! I know this kind of thing works since I was able to use something similar when I had my kids. No Drugs when I had Mei at all! It was amazing!
