I really like the Lean Dessert shake mixes by BSN. The website is bsnonline.com. They have 6 YUMMY flavors...

Banana Nut Bread
Fresh Cinnamon Roll
Whipped Vanilla Cream
Chocolate Coconut Candybar
They each have about 20g protein per scoop. I mix mine with ff milk and get another 8g from that.
You can order a sample pack from them. Mine had all the samples except Banana Nut Bread.
I really liked all the flavors!!

Hi there,
I am right there with you!! I am 2 weeks post-op (5/11) and I have been hungry and having the same cravings ever since. I'm scared that I am going to have to go thru the rest of my life hungry and miserable!! All I heard and read before surgery was that I wouldn't feel hungry and wouldn't have cravings, but so far that is SO not true!
Hopefully someone out there can help us both with this!!

Hey Holly,
What a fun post! I have a few trips coming up. The first "overnighter" will be for July 4th. I'm sure I'll be a little smaller by then (my surgery is Tuesday!!) Then in Sept, I'm flying to Tampa to see Depeche Mode with the hubby and some friends that we haven't seen in YEARS. I think it should be somewhat SHOCKING by then, & I'd like to wear some cute concert-going clothing. FInally in Oct, we're heading back down to Clearwater, FL to spend the week with my family and doing Disney while we are there. Last year, it was tough walking around b/c I was SOooo out of shape. This year, along with my new outfit, I hope to have even more energy since I'll be IN SHAPE by then!

Hello!
I'm getting ready for my last day before surgery on Tuesday. I'm kinda nervous, but mostly happy and looking forward to a successful surgery. Most of all I'm going to miss seeing my little boy for the days I'll be in the hospital--not sure I want him to see me like that!
I feel as confident as I can going into this surgery, losing 62lbs in order to have the best possible outcome. I've followed doctors orders to get the BMI down, now hoping he will be able to follow through laproscopically!
Just looking for some support in this home stretch! Thanks,

I knew I was gonna come home heavier, so it wasnt a big deal. But it sure felt good when the scale moved in the down direction!
