Topic: RE: how is everyone feeling?
Hi eveyone!
I'm feeling pretty good. I seem to be able to eat anything. Haven't tried steak though.
I've learned to make healthier choices so I eat more veggies and leaner meats like turkey.
I haven't weighed myself since 06/03.
I'm kind of scared to see what the scale will say.
I've been tracking my food on fit day and go for a walk everyday. 1-2 miles per day.

I am not having any issues with the food I have had so far, I am still on puree until Monday then I start soft and can try new things. I am struggling getting in the 70g of protein the NUT wants me to get in and water is still a little bit low but I am working towards getting those up, it is so hard when your not hungry at all.
I wish everyone much success with there weight loss

Good for you. I can hardly wait until I actually drop a clothing size. That will be more exciting to me than watching the scale move!

Four weeks post op and feeling great. Can pretty much eat anything, though I'm cautious about adding new foods. Haven't tried steak or raw vegetables yet but lots of crock pot chicken, turkey and pork chops. Exercising like crazy. I'm still having a hard time getting my fluids in but working to improve daily.

But to top that all off I went into Forever 21 and was in the sales section and grabbed a pair of pants thought that they were cute and I would buy them for a later date. Well guess what I tried them on and they FIT size 13 Haven't been in that since 9th grade Major Woo-Hoo moment. Tomorrow I am going back to work and I am wearing those size 13 pants!!! sorry for bragging
