Topic: RE: Four weeks out and no loss for two...
When I think of what I used to eat in comparison to what I'm eating now...I should be like a skeleton!!! LOL I dropped 25 lbs pretty easily in the first two weeks...but I have SO much more to go! I get irritated when I step on the scale and see NO movement...but my doc says to get on the scale at least once a day.
So I guess, a few of us are having this stall...one lady from another thread suggested taking our measurements. Sometimes we may be smaller in our hips, thighs, arms etc...

So when the stall breaks do you drop a bunch at once or do you go back to losing a couple of pounds a week?

Crystal Lite seems too sweet for me too. I'm having to dilute it a bunch. The only flavor I can take any more is the lemonade. Everything seems extra sweet.

Hi all! I am new to this board.
I am feeling great and have to admit, I have not found anything hard to eat, much to my dismay!! I, too, need to slow down more, I tend to rush, then it sits there and hurts. Oh well, live and learn!
Things I need to work on:
NO snacking
Exercise
Slow down eating
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!!
