Yay! I am so excited for you. Glad to hear that your doing good. Sorry about your mini heart attack feelings yucky...I am sure it will be better in a couple days! Now your on the other side. Good luck on being a Big Loser!

Well, here is sit, two days post op. It was much more painful than i had anticipated. Although very little of my pain was abdominal, it was mainly in my chest. Horrible gas pains, i felt likei eas having mini heart attacks all day. I stayed in the hospital another night. I am dreading the trip back to town today, but happy i went through the surgery.

Just make sure you are taking the pain meds.

Hi everyone - Today is Sunday and I am scheduled for Thursday!

I am trying to get a bunch of stuff done around the house. I have my vitamins, my protein, my SF jello and pudding, my Magic Bullet (gosh do I love that thing!).

Is there anything extra people have heard to be sure to have on hand to be ready?

Hello! I am having RNY May 21, too! I haven't tried any protein powder or shakes yet! I guess I need to get on it and try some. I am not sure what I should get there seem to be so many. Good luck!
