You're doing fine I had mine May 15th started at 250 and today i'm at 175 had a couple stalls but i guess it's normal I don' worry about it i figure i've lost more weight that i could have on my own so i'm very happy with the results so far.

I think you are doing great!!! Everyone is different. As of today I have lost 90lbs and feel greattttttttttttttt!!!!!!

AS long as your are feeling better, and from your pic you are look good!!! Keep up the good work
