Four weeks out and no loss for two...
When I think of what I used to eat in comparison to what I'm eating now...I should be like a skeleton!!! LOL I dropped 25 lbs pretty easily in the first two weeks...but I have SO much more to go! I get irritated when I step on the scale and see NO movement...but my doc says to get on the scale at least once a day.
So I guess, a few of us are having this stall...one lady from another thread suggested taking our measurements. Sometimes we may be smaller in our hips, thighs, arms etc...

My surgeon told me to throw out my scale!! I can't, of course, because part of the fun is seeing the numbers go down, but it does get discouraging when they don't! Just keep doing what you're supposed to and you'll see results! I think it's normal to go through that. I know I did, too! Good luck!
I can do this, I can do this, I can do this - AND SO CAN YOU!!

Hey all - I went through this same thing weeks 3-5. It was really hard, especially since I was doing so well early on. It FINALLY passed ( I did up my protein), and the next day I had a 4 lb loss. Our bodies are trying to figure out what the hell is going on, and also compensating for losing initial water weight. The stall will pass. I have several buddies who are much further inthe process ( my surgery was May 13), and they say it happens every once in a while and hots everyone a little bit differently and not to worry when it happens - typically we are losing inches still. Good luck to everyone!
my weight loss had slowed down until my doctor gave me a band adjustment. I noticed weight loss again right after than and have now been on a slow but steady drop again. I do also get discouraged at times but also am very aware that it is a slow but steady process. I guess I just have my thoughts set on being patient. Losing inches is just as much fun as watching the scale weight drop. Good luck to everyone. Keep your head high!!! Everyone can do it!!! Take it a day at a time.
