greek yougurt (mix with a tiny bit of pudding because plain is nasty!)

ff sf pudding (any flavor)
ff soups that you can add skim milk to ( cream of chicken and broccoli and cheese)
any decaf drinks (no soda)
any drinks that are sugar free

Oh My Gosh I am dying to chew something, I am 5 days out and all I can have is sugar free Popsicle, sugar free Jell-O, water, propel water, or broth. Next stage starts Monday adding strained low fat cream soup (made with either water, skim milk or 1% milk) cream of wheat and rice. I am so ready to get something with a little More consistency in my mouth.
