Update: disaster- abnormal ekg

hi all. thanks for  your support. so, I went to the cardiologist today- he had me do a stress test. according to the nurses, everything looked fine. so, hopefully tomorrow the doctor will call and say everything is a go. cross your fingers, please! This just reaffirms that i am doing the right thing. i need to get healthy so i can live a full life- both length and quality. With my cholesterol,  and my sleep apnea, that's not gonna happen unless i make it happen.
