Liquid Diet

I was wondering how much you lost during your liquid diet. I have currently lost 16lbs since last monday. What is everyone elses.

lucky you!!! i have been very good and have still only lost about 7lbs. i get 5 optifasts a day. how about you?

one other thing. i haven't been very hungry since about day 4. Today I didn't eat at all until 4pm because of my stress test and i still wasn't hungry. i'm hoping this will help with hunger after the surgery, that we're already used to not eating.

I have been on my liquid diet since Monday the 11th also and have lost 7.8lbs so far nothing close to you.

I've been on my liquid diet since May 12th so day 8 for me, I am down 7 lbs.  It has really slowed down these past few days, hoping I will wake up soon and tada  5 more lbs gone. LOL, I haven't placed one morsel of food in my mouth but today everything I see is catching my eye.  But I will keep my eye on the prize at the end.  Good luck to you!!

I have lost about 26lbs total using the liquid diet for pre-op. I dropped 19lbs in a week and the last 7 have been slow to come off. Sugery is this friday!!

I started my liquid diet on the 13th, and am only down 10 lbs. I would like another few to "drop off" before Wednesday (the big day!) 

I was originally supposed to do 2 weeks of the liquid diet but I got a call from the surgeon with a date that was 3 weeks earlier than my original date.  So I have been doing the liquid diet since last week on Tuesday May 19th.  So far I have lost about 10 pounds which is what my surgeon required (whew, thank goodness!).  My surgery is at 7:30am on Wednesday, May 27th.  I can't wait!!
