I had to wait also- at least until after finals! I am so happy to find you folks on here!! I am pretty new to the website so am not sure about all of the ins and outs, but I would love to be able to support you all and have you all be a source of support for me too- and, I am still waiting to hear when my May date is...

Hi Chris,
I am schedule for May 5th. Lap RNY in New Haven Ct. I could have had surgery in March or April, but I am a tax preparer so had to wait. I have been waiting since July of 2006, my DH changed jobs and now we have wonderful, Magical insurance that wants to pay for this!!! They were so wonderful and made everything go so smoothly.

Hi there! My name is Cheryl, I am scheduled for Lap RNY on May 5th in New Haven, CT I started this Journey in July of 2006. I can hardly beleive I am finally here! I actually could have had surgery in March or April but I am a tax preparer and am currently chained to my desk!

I got a surgery date May 19th. I am so excited. I been trying to get approved for 5 years. I am having mine at Park West in Knoxville. Dr. Boyce.
