Hi - Hopefully May 26 (and 20th for me) will come quickly!! I am ready to get "post" - done with being "pre" - lol. I started doing the same thing...just copying and pasting bits and pieces from the boards...especially healthy recipies that I can make (way post op...). Good luck in your preparation! Rachel

Congratulations to all of us!!! I have been approved by my insurance, I just have to call and schedule my surgery next Monday. I am ready to find myself again!

Thank you so much for the post!! My surgery is May 5th and I am starting out in almost the same place as you. You are an inspiration!! I checked out your blog and I thrilled to see where I could be this time next year.

Hi Heidi!!
Congrats!! I am a May 5ther tooo. I have been using the EAS shakes to help me lose my weight before and my nutritionist said they would be great for my 3-day liquid diet before surgery and then the all liquid after surgery. I like the chocolate (I am a chocholic!!) but after awhile Iwanted some variety and tried the strawberry and like it even better.
