I am glad that my comments help you. You know, its surgery. Therefore the body needs recovery time. But its once we get through that recovery, we will begin a new life. Its definitely worth pain. I have found some ways to deal with the pain. Coughing is the worst, but if you hug a pillow on your stomach when you cough, it isn't as bad. Good luck with your surgery. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have been on a liquid diet since last Tuesday. . . I've done really well with it. I haven't felt hungry and I've managed to keep myself either full of water or full of broth. However, today came around. I don't know if its in my MIND or if I'm truly hallucinating, but my keys on my keyboard seriously resemble Oreos! Black and white.. .. .. drools. I'll get electricuted from my own drool. Seriously my gut is so hungry its like that burger king commerical .. yeah another thing I've discovered is.. those food commericals are food porn. They make these to put subliminal messages and ppl like us who are TRYING to help ourselves those evil ppl aren't helping!! I keep calculating how much I have in my bank account for x amount of food!! THIS IS INSANE!! I'm on the VERGE of insanity!! My check book has never been more balanced!! My house is super spotless bc everytime I feel that urge I get up and move lol. . . . and now I"m starting to see food in everything I OWN!! OMG please tell me I'm having a limited partial mental breakdown lol. . . . THEN today I went outside after my 2 second protein breakfast and sat down in my porch swing only to wake up with my legs burning fire and to notice I have red from my short line to my sock line. SO NOW i look like I'm wearing Red tights LOL. . . . Y'all seriously I'm losing it.. .. .. the rocks upstairs not the junk in the trunk (that will be later LOL) Now that your all laughing your bumholey-o's off at me you too are starting to visulize your keyboard a sweet round oreo lol. lol lol lol. Now that I've spewed insanity out onto the surgery board I'm going now to down another glass of room temperature water. . . .

Hey girl, Nurse here also so I FULLY get what your saying lol. What's worse for me is my husband works in the hospital I'm going too and is a nurse. What's even worse is his buddy is going to be present for my surgery because he's a nursing student doing his surgical rotations. . . So I'm wondering HOW am I going to ever face this guy lol I guess joke about it and say another man besides my husband has saw me nakee lol. I've had two kids and being in health care has caused me to think "A body is a body is a body" lol who cares its just anatomy right? . . . (I would feel much better about that last statement if I had Reese Witherspoons body LOL) Oh well ppl's gotta learn somehow. . . after all we were once there too. Congratulations on ur date. Congrats on your new birthday!!!!!!!!! Mine is May 7th my family has officially declared that the "new life of kelly day" lol!! WTG with those protein drinks and keep it up!!!! I've drank a couple of them and the first two I tried were my husband's buddies protein mix stuff and OH GOLLY it was rank! I bought some today though a chocolate flavor and it's not bad at all.
