You don't drown by falling in the water...You drown by staying there
14 hours till I climb out of the water and begin taking steps towards a better quality of life. I am excited, scared but mostly I am .... READY! Every once in a while a l "head for the hills" thought pops up in my head and Ie questiog my sanity. But it would be more insane tolive lifes at the current status quo

okay hi evryone my name is erica munoz 17 years old and my surgery will be on the bypass..... i thought i was ready for it, but after the nutrisionist visit, wow i noticed that its not so easy as I thought....
so please I'm trying to decide which one is the right one for me considering my age and well al the rest...I feel so lonely and left out not knowing what is right for me
I know that both surgeries are great and safe
but...
one thing about the bypass is that the responsibilities afterwards are super difficult and very cautious
and with lapband i dont like the going back to get it readsjusted and well its takes more time to lose the weight right???
and will i lose all my overweight???
oh my god I feel so confused I dotn know if I will be able to make the choice at the right time
please OH help me!!!

Hey carol im on the 12th too would love some one to go through this with im having the lapband I know a little different but still a long road ahead of us so if you want I would love a friend to go through this with who understands what im going through get back and good luck you will be in my prayers

Your best way to find out is to call Tricare. Their number is on the back of your card. Ask them about it. I'm sure they do cover it but you have a co-payment of some sort. You have to make sure though the hospital and dr you use both accept tricare or your liable to have to pay a lot out of pocket expenses.
