Where ya at?
I was 9 months out on the 5th. I am down 92 lbs. I have been stalled for about 1 month.... I have stalled for two or even three weeks then I woudl have a great loss. So this month thing with no loss is no what I had hoped for but I can't complain. 92 lbs in 9 months--better than I have everr done before. I rarely get above 1000 calories a day--I do get my water and protein but my NUT said I need to up calories with the way I am working out.
I started at 268 I am 176
I haven't had any complications..Thank God. I love my RNY
Tracie you look wonderful--I am so happy for you.

Thank you Jeannie. You've done great yourself there girl! 92 lbs in 9 months! Thats awesome. I feel for ya on the stall...went thru it myself and looks as if we are all doomed for it. Aaron has the same thing going on (above post).
I really feel strongly about uping the calories when workouts are in the equation. Try it & see what happens.
I see you are in Ky...howdy neighbor!! What part?

*waves* Hi
This is my first post here, I will be 9 months out on the 20th of Feb and I am doing great. I am down 120 pounds and I feel fabulous. Although I find I beat myself up allot thinking I could be working out more or I should be losing more I tend to be very hard on myself. I have another 80lbs to goal and I am excited. I haven't had any real problems, just an allergic reaction shortly after surgery and some dizziness. I am so Thankful that I did this for myself. What I am more excited about is my husband coming home soon from Iraq and seeing me. I sent him a picture and he said he can't believe that's me he said its like he's got a wife and a girlfriend waiting for him at home LOL. I am so glad to see that everyone else is doing so great. Good Luck to everyone with your weight loss and enjoy this great ride!!

Hello fellow surgery-versaries... I am almost to goal if I would stop changing it...lol...I am thinking to 150 and I am 174 now from 302... I am in some 10's and jr.s11...I figure with the extra skin I am at my original goal of 160..I had recent foot surgery and have been laid up for a week and am not recovered yet...I lost almost all of my weight not excercising ( not suggested i know but had post op complications etc...) and had started a daily routine of walking which I MISS now...I also was paranoid of not losing but I continue to lose..which I am grateful...thank goodness for honeymoon stage and being so close to goal this far out ..
I am so thankful for my RNY!
Congrats to my fellow Maysters :)

I am right there with you! I have really bad and painful arthritis in my knees oddly enough from all the exercising I did prior to surgery to lose weight on my own and now since I'm post op I lost almost all of my weight without exercise which is a BIG no no but I'm awaiting knee surgery and I'm dreading that because being laid up is not going to help me one bit.
