Thats just me tooting my own horn!!

Whats the reason you ask?


Well tomorrow will be my 8th month surgivarsary and when I weighed in this morning, this is what I saw.....................

I have lost 86 pounds!!! This is the first time since highschool (18 years) that I have been under 200!
Today is a good day!!!

 Doesnt it feel ONEDERFUL to be in ONEDERLAND!!

I hopped on and off just to make sure it was real...

Congrats again 

Yes it does feel ONEDERFUL...haha

And yes, I weighed 4 or 5 times just to make sure!

Congratulations!!!  I know we are not supposed to look to the scale for validation, but I know for me seeing those numbers drop is exciting.

How can you not feel some sort of validation, ya know.

Its just so exciting, whether its a new pant size, a comment a stranger makes or whatever! We have lived most of our lives as fat people and will take whatever we can get!!!

I have to admit that when I first read your post I was jealous, I have been stuck stuck stuck between 201 and 203 for 3 weeks! But guess what this morning my scale said the same as yours! 199.6 The first time under 200 in 27 years! So Today is a great day for me! Congratulation to you and to all of us. This is so amazing isn't it. I never thought it could really happen and was thinking of revising my goal weight upward. But now I know that I can make it. 170 here I come.

Congrats to you!! I was in the same boat too...for about 2 1/2 weeks I didnt drop an ounce and them whamo....I was 199! Its a great feeling isnt it!!!
