Well I made my 100 pound mark by my fifth month anniversary I am down 102 pounds. I started out at 287 and I am down to 185 yeah.I went from a tight 24 to a 14. I have 50 pounds to go to my goal weight which is 135. My nutritionist said I probably won't go that low but I beg to differ. I am starting to slow down in my weight loss which is great because of the skin issue. I have a lot on my stomach and arms. I didn't think I would have an arm issue but I do and I am disappointed about that. My tolerance to the protein drink has finally gotten better. I have actually been taking all my 70 grams of protein now for about two weeks through my isopure drink. That is a big relief and I am starting to feel much better not as tired. I still only eat fish, cheese, eggs, cottage cheese, beans, some veggies, salad and soup. I am trying little things one at a time and still have no appetiite which is a first for me. I still attend the pre op support group and post op support group meetings I find it to be therapy for me. I am exercising about three to four times a week doing as much as I can and getting stronger by the week.I hope everyone else is doing good. I Hope everyone is enjoying their new life as much as I am.I would love to hear how everyone is doing.

Sondra,
Please don't feel like you suck or are doing something wrong. You are not and let me give you the plus about losing weight slow. This girl in my support group has taken a full year to lose 100 pounds but let me tell you she looks so awesome. Her skin and body looks so tight and defined unlike me with all and I mean all my loose skin. She has definiton to her arms rather than sagginess like me and she hasn't been sick throughout the whole process unlike myself. She has been so successful and I am happy for her and for you for losing 53 pounds in less than 4 months thats a lot and you should be patting yourself on the back. The other patient that I am refering to has really kicked in a lot of exercise to get her through her stalls in weight loss.I am proud of you and happy for you. Remember this is a journey into our new healthy life and some people are going to be different from others but we will all get to same place just at different times. So enjoy and  and congratulations.

Thanks Tammy for the reply ... :)

I get alittle discouraged from time to time, which requires me to vent every so often.
